THE RULES OF
THE CLIMB.
Effective August 16, 2026. These Terms govern FREEPLAY free play, CASH Cash games, member access, and active checkout at unstoppable.games.
01WHO WE ARE
THE PRESENT OPERATOR.
UNSTOPPABLE is an independent, unincorporated digital project presently owned and operated by the current proprietor of unstoppable.games. In these Terms, “UNSTOPPABLE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that proprietor. Notices may be delivered through the Help Center until a dedicated support address is published.
02THE AGREEMENT
ONE TRAIL. CONNECTED POLICIES.
These Terms, the Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Community Rules, and any game-specific rules form the agreement governing the website, application, accounts, Freeplay, connected games, chat, media, and related features (the “Service”). If a game-specific rule conflicts with these Terms only about that game, the game-specific rule controls.
03ELIGIBILITY
18+ AND LEGALLY PERMITTED.
You must be at least 18, at least the age of legal majority where you live, and legally permitted to use the Service. A higher local minimum age controls. Access is void where prohibited. We may restrict locations where law, sanctions, provider terms, or technical conditions require it.
04ACCOUNTS
YOUR EMAIL. YOUR PASS. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
A member account uses a one-time code sent to your email. UNSTOPPABLE does not create an account password. Provide accurate information, keep the email account secure, never share an OTP, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
05ONE PERSON
NO CLONE ARMY.
Unless we expressly permit otherwise, one person may control one member account. We may link, restrict, or close duplicate, automated, impersonated, compromised, or fraudulently created accounts after proportionate review. A shared device does not authorize sharing account credentials.
06FREEPLAY
FREEPLAY IS FOR THE CLIMB, NOT THE BANK.
Freeplay is fictional entertainment-play units. They are not money, stored value, deposits, property, currency, or prizes. When Get Coins is active, verified members may purchase the exact FREEPLAY shown at the disclosed price; FREEPLAY cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, refunded for money as a balance, or converted into Cash. We may adjust or discontinue FREEPLAY features, subject to applicable law.
06AFREEPLAY PURCHASES
ONE PRICE. ONE CLEAR PRODUCT.
Active purchases are governed by the FREEPLAY Purchase Policy. The configured rate is 100,000 FREEPLAY per US dollar. Method availability and allowed amounts are shown before checkout. The purchased item is non-redeemable FREEPLAY. If the review screen shows included CASH, it is awarded separately at no additional cost under effective Official Rules and an equivalent free-entry route. Payment is processed on a hosted third-party checkout and fulfilled only after server-side confirmation.
07CASH
CASH IS A SEPARATE PLAY MODE.
Eligible signed-in members may receive CASH under the current Official Rules, select the CASH catalogue, place CASH wagers, and receive CASH wins. FREEPLAY and CASH never convert into one another. CASH access, grants, play, and any future redemption use independent server-side rules and records.
08CONNECTED GAMES
THE PROVIDER RECORD GOVERNS RESULTS.
Games are supplied by connected third-party providers and may appear, change, pause, or disappear without notice. The provider's server record and displayed game rules govern play outcomes unless clearly erroneous. Visual latency, local display errors, interrupted connections, or screenshots do not override a verified provider record.
09INTERRUPTIONS
SAVE THE SESSION REFERENCE.
If a game freezes, keep the session open where safe and record the game, coin mode, time, and available session reference. We may investigate using platform and provider records. Because FREEPLAY has no monetary value, restoration or adjustment—if appropriate—is limited to entertainment-play units and access.
10ACCEPTABLE USE
BOTS DON'T GET HIKING BOOTS.
Do not use bots, scripts, scraping that burdens the Service, collusion, exploits, malware, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, reverse engineering beyond non-waivable law, location evasion, false identity, unauthorized commercial use, or attempts to manipulate games, balances, sessions, or other users.
11COMMUNITY
TALK BIG. KEEP IT HUMAN.
Chat and community features are governed by the Community Rules. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, publish illegal material, expose another person's information, or share OTPs, identity documents, payment information, or account secrets. Encryption does not excuse prohibited conduct.
12USER CONTENT
YOU OWN YOUR WORDS. YOU ANSWER FOR THEM.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display, format, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it complies with law and these Terms.
13OUR CONTENT
THE PEAK STAYS WITH THE MOUNTAIN.
The UNSTOPPABLE name, Peak mark, wordmark, interface, art, animation, audio, text, code, and original materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
14THIRD PARTIES
CONNECTED DOES NOT MEAN CONTROLLED.
Game, email, infrastructure, chat, and hosted-payment providers process requests needed for the Service. Their systems, privacy notices, and terms may apply to their components. Payment credentials are entered with the hosted payment provider, not into UNSTOPPABLE. We do not endorse unrelated third-party sites or accept responsibility beyond what applicable law requires.
15AVAILABILITY
MOUNTAINS HAVE WEATHER.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, network failures, legal changes, and force-majeure events may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, any particular game, or preservation of a FREEPLAY balance forever.
16SUSPENSION
WE PROTECT THE TRAIL.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, material breach, provider requirements, protection of users, or discontinuation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will consider context and provide a route to ask for review.
17WARRANTIES
NO GUARANTEED SUMMIT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Nothing excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
18LIABILITY
MANDATORY RIGHTS STAY INTACT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the entertainment-only Service. We do not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
19PRIVACY
YOUR DATA. NO FOG.
Our Privacy Notice explains current collection and use. Do not send sensitive documents through chat or unverified email. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the Help Center; we will verify the request and respond as applicable law requires.
20DISPUTES
START WITH A DIRECT CONVERSATION.
Before filing a claim, contact us through the Help Center with enough detail to investigate and allow 30 days for a good-faith response, unless urgent relief or law permits otherwise. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Version 2.0 Terms. Unresolved claims may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
21CHANGES
NO SILENT RULE SWAPS.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will publish a new version and effective date and provide prominent notice for material changes where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; stop using the Service if you do not agree.
22GENERAL
THE REST OF THE MAP.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remainder stays effective. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent; we may transfer the Service and this agreement to a successor with notice. Headings and bold summaries aid reading but do not narrow the full text.

For account, privacy, accessibility, security, or legal questions, use the Help Center at unstoppable.games/help/. Do not send passwords, OTPs, identity documents, or payment details. A dedicated legal and support address will replace this route when the operator registers a formal entity.
