Effective August 16, 2026. This notice describes FREEPLAY and CASH play, hosted payment, provider fulfilment, and the present data controller.
01SCOPE
WHAT THIS NOTICE COVERS.
This Notice covers unstoppable.games, the UNSTOPPABLE application, passwordless email-member access, Freeplay entertainment play and orders, connected-game requests, wallet status, global chat, support, security, and public pages. A linked third party may have its own notice for activity it independently controls.
02DATA YOU PROVIDE
EMAIL, CHAT, AND REQUEST DETAILS.
We receive an email address when you request member access; the OTP you submit; encrypted chat payloads, public-key and reaction metadata when you use chat; and information you choose to provide in a support, privacy, security, or accessibility request. Do not submit sensitive documents unless a verified secure process specifically requests them.
03DATA FROM USE
SESSIONS, DEVICES, ORDERS, AND GAME REQUESTS.
We process session identifiers, timestamps, request and response status, IP address and user-agent signals, rate-limit hashes, authentication security events, account identifiers, capabilities, selected coin mode, game catalogue and launch requests, provider player links, balance responses, and technical logs. For FREEPLAY orders we also process selected method, USD and FREEPLAY amounts, local and provider references, hosted-checkout status, confirmation events, fulfilment and ledger records, and limited dispute or support metadata.
04LOCAL DEVICE DATA
ONE INTRO FLAG, NOT AN AD PROFILE.
The application stores a local browser flag named “unstoppable:intro-seen:v3” so it can remember that the cinematic introduction has completed. The current code does not use this flag for advertising or cross-site tracking.
05WHY WE USE DATA
RUN IT. SECURE IT. IMPROVE IT.
We use data to authenticate members, maintain sessions, create and reconcile FREEPLAY orders, prevent duplicate credit, keep financial and audit records, provide games and wallet status, launch provider sessions, enable encrypted chat, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, protect users and infrastructure, answer requests, comply with law, enforce the Terms, and make proportionate service improvements.
06LEGAL GROUNDS
NECESSITY, LEGITIMATE INTERESTS, CONSENT, AND LAW.
Depending on applicable law, processing is based on performance of the Terms, legitimate interests in operating and securing a free entertainment service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may object where law gives you that right.
07SERVICE PROVIDERS
WHO HELPS THE MOUNTAIN RUN.
We share only data reasonably needed with hosting/infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, the authorized game provider, mPay for hosted payment processing and status confirmation, encrypted-chat infrastructure, security and anti-abuse services, and professional advisers. Providers act under their own terms or our instructions depending on their role. We do not sell personal information for money.
08CHAT PRIVACY
CIPHERTEXT IS NOT INVISIBILITY.
Outbound global-chat text is encrypted in the browser for keyed participants before transmission; the UNSTOPPABLE server is designed to relay ciphertext, while the chat provider stores or transmits encrypted envelopes and operational metadata. Recipients can read and copy messages after decryption. Do not treat chat as a vault for secrets.
09RETENTION
KEEP ONLY WHAT THE TRAIL NEEDS.
OTP challenges expire after five minutes. The encrypted delivery copy of a code is cleared immediately after successful delivery or terminal failure; keyed challenge records and security events are retained only for proportionate abuse prevention, audit, and legal needs. Sessions expire after seven idle days or 30 absolute days. Member account records and provider links remain while the account is active or reasonably needed for security, integrity, requests, and legal obligations. Provider and chat records follow their applicable retention controls.
10SECURITY
LAYERS, NOT MAGIC WORDS.
The current Service uses keyed hashes for OTP and session verification, HTTP-only SameSite cookies, secure production transport and response headers, rate limits, server-side provider credentials, approved launch hosts, and encrypted chat payloads. No system is perfectly secure; protect your email and report suspicious access.
11PAYMENT AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
HOSTED CHECKOUT KEEPS PAYMENT SECRETS OFF OUR FORMS.
Service providers may process information in countries different from yours. Payment credentials are entered on mPay's hosted checkout, not into an UNSTOPPABLE form; we receive order and status information needed to confirm and fulfil a purchase. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional protection, we will use it or discontinue the affected processing.
12YOUR CHOICES
ACCESS, CORRECT, DELETE, OBJECT.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may appeal a denied privacy request. Submit the request through the Help Center, identify the right, and provide a safe way to reply. We may verify control of the relevant email or session before acting.
13COOKIES
ESSENTIAL BY DEFAULT.
The Service uses the essential __Host-unstoppable_session cookie and the local intro-completion flag described above. A consented Push.House landing may additionally use the optional __Host-unstoppable_pushhouse first-party attribution cookie when that integration is enabled. See the Cookie Notice for controls and retention.
14CHILDREN
THE SERVICE IS 18+.
UNSTOPPABLE is not directed to children and may be used only by people who meet the age requirements in the Terms. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us through the Help Center so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
15AUTOMATED DECISIONS
CASH ACCESS USES PUBLISHED RULES.
The current Service uses automated rate limits and capability checks for security and feature access. CASH grant and play access apply the active ruleset and responsible-play controls; the decision and reason codes are recorded for a limited period. Redemption remains inactive and no automated redemption decision is made.
16CHANGES AND CONTACT
THE NOTICE MOVES WITH THE PRODUCT.
We will update the version and effective date when processing materially changes. For privacy questions or rights requests, use unstoppable.games/help/. A dedicated privacy contact and formal entity name will replace this route if the project incorporates.
