Effective August 15, 2026. Every active checkout sells entertainment-only Freeplay—never Cash, entries, prizes, or stored value.
01WHAT YOU BUY
FREEPLAY ONLY. NOTHING HIDING BEHIND IT.
A completed order grants the exact non-redeemable Freeplay amount shown on the review screen at a rate of 100,000 FREEPLAY per US dollar. An eligible offer may separately include Cash at no additional cost. That CASH is not purchased, has no allocated purchase price, is governed by effective Official Rules, and is available in the same amount through the published no-purchase route.
02PRICE AND LIMITS
THE REVIEW SCREEN IS THE RECEIPT BEFORE THE RECEIPT.
The selected method determines the amounts currently accepted by the payment provider. Some methods require one of the displayed fixed amounts; others allow a custom amount within the displayed live minimum and maximum. We validate the amount again on the server before creating checkout.
03HOSTED CHECKOUT
PAY THERE. CONFIRM HERE.
Payment is completed on mPay's hosted checkout. UNSTOPPABLE does not ask for or store card numbers, wallet secrets, bank credentials, or payment passwords. The checkout provider may apply its own terms, verification, network requirements, and processing times.
04PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
A REDIRECT IS NOT A RECEIPT.
Creating or returning from checkout does not mean an order is paid. We credit only after mPay reports a final successful status and the confirmed amount, method, reference, and order match our server record. Pending payments remain pending; failed, expired, underpaid, mismatched, or unverified payments are not credited.
05FULFILMENT
ONE PAYMENT. ONE CREDIT.
Order, provider event, ledger transaction, and fulfilment records use stable idempotency controls so a retry or duplicate callback cannot grant the same FREEPLAY twice. The order status screen remains the authoritative customer-facing trail while confirmation and fulfilment complete.
06NO CASH VALUE
FREEPLAY STAYS ON THE MOUNTAIN.
Purchased FREEPLAY is an entertainment-play licence inside the Service. FREEPLAY is not money, a deposit, stored value, property, currency, or a prize and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, redeemed, refunded for money as a balance, or converted into CASH.
07REFUNDS AND ERRORS
REPORT THE ORDER, NOT YOUR PAYMENT SECRETS.
If you believe a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, contact the Help Center with the local order reference, approximate time, amount, and method—never payment credentials. We will review provider and ledger records. Refund availability depends on payment status, use of credited FREEPLAY, provider constraints, applicable law, and mandatory consumer rights; nothing in this policy removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.
08DISPUTES
LET US TRACE THE TRAIL.
Before disputing a charge, give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate unless law or urgent circumstances allow otherwise. A chargeback or payment reversal may place the related order and unused credited FREEPLAY on hold and may restrict the account while records are reviewed. We do not remove rights protected by applicable law.
09AVAILABILITY
METHODS MOVE WITH THE WEATHER.
Methods, fees, limits, provider availability, and processing time can change by merchant, network, region, or operational status. The application displays only methods returned as live at the time of selection and revalidates them before checkout.
