Effective August 12, 2026. This notice defines the current status of every SC, prize, and redemption reference on UNSTOPPABLE.
01NO PROMOTION
THERE IS NO ACTIVE SWEEPSTAKES.
No sponsor or promoter is presently conducting a sweepstakes through UNSTOPPABLE. There is no promotion period, entry pool, drawing, prize, odds statement, or winner-selection process.
02NO SC
SCREEN LABELS CREATE NO RIGHTS.
Any SC, Sweeps Coin, redeemable, prize, or redemption wording visible in code, design previews, disabled controls, documentation, or screenshots describes a possible future product mode only. It does not represent a balance, entry, offer, promise, debt, property interest, or prize right.
03NO ENTRY
NOTHING YOU DO TODAY IS AN ENTRY.
Creating an account, receiving an OTP, entering as a guest, using GC, opening a game, chatting, visiting a page, or contacting support does not enter you into a sweepstakes and does not earn SC.
04NO PURCHASE
THE CHECKOUT DOES NOT EXIST.
UNSTOPPABLE does not currently sell Gold Coins or any other virtual item. No payment submitted outside the Service can create coins, entries, eligibility, prizes, or rights. Treat anyone requesting payment for UNSTOPPABLE SC or redemption as suspicious.
05NO REDEMPTION
GC NEVER LEAVES THE MOUNTAIN.
Gold Coins have no monetary value and are never redeemable. The current Service has no active redeemable-SC ledger, minimum redemption threshold, cash or gift-card method, identity-verification flow, or prize-processing timeline.
06FUTURE RULES
A NEW TRAIL REQUIRES NEW RULES.
If UNSTOPPABLE later offers a lawful sweepstakes, it will first publish separate Official Rules identifying the registered sponsor, eligible ages and locations, promotion dates, all free entry methods, SC treatment, odds, playthrough, prize and redemption terms, verification, taxes, disputes, and an effective version.
07NO RETROACTIVE ENTRY
TODAY'S PLAY WILL NOT QUIETLY BECOME TOMORROW'S ENTRY.
A future promotion will not retroactively convert present GC, account activity, game play, chat activity, or visits into sweepstakes entries unless future Official Rules expressly and lawfully state otherwise.
08REPORT CONFUSION
IF A SCREEN SAYS OTHERWISE, STOP.
If a live screen appears to offer SC, a purchase, or prize redemption while this notice is effective, do not provide money or sensitive information. Record the page and time and report it through the Help Center so the inconsistency can be investigated.
